Ayurveda is a perfect ancient science of life; the word Ayur literally means life and Veda the science or knowledge. Ayurveda briefly explains the knowledge of the do’s and don’ts one has to follow, which favours the well being of each individual to lead a healthy, happy, comfortable and advantageous life both physically, mentally and socially. Ayurveda also emphasizes that prevention is better than cure.

Do you know the natural way to perfect health?
Russia
I live in Russia hole my life. I love my country and proud of its history.
I live in Russia hole my life. I love my country proud of its history.
The Russian Federation (RF) is the biggest country in the world. There is powerful industry here, machine tools, cars, clothes, spacecrafts are produced at our factories, steel is smelted here. Among more than one thousand cities, there are "millionaire" cities, which population is more than one million people. These cities are: St. Petersburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg and others. And, of course, Moscow - the capital of our country. This city is one of the biggest cities in the world. And there are many best of the best things in Russia.
I live in such "millionaire" city – Volgograd. It’s located in the south- west part of the country.

? Belonging
Do I belong in this group - I am in the UK and blogging my relocation to Spain. Moving date currently set as the 6th August this year. ALready have a job to goto that starts in September.
Berlin
So since I created this blog, I probably should make myself known.
I left Ireland for Berlin in a fit of impetuousness over two years ago. My original intentions were to stay here for the World Cup in 2006, but due to many small but significant events, I ended up staying here.
Life is good here. Berlin is a big city, the biggest on mainland Europe, but the relatively small population means it's not too crowded. Good for a neurotic with a fear of crowds, like me (incidentally, fear of crowds is enochlophobia. How interesting). You couldn't really say that it's very aesthetically pleasing, but it makes up for that in just about every other way.
Every area seems to have its own seperate identity, from Friedrichshain's punk scene to workmanlike Neukölln (where I live despite having only the most occasional and vague tendencies to work) to hip and cool Prenzlauer Berg to Kreuzberg's artists to the sophistication of Charlottenburg. There really is something for everyone.
Berliners themselves? I like them. Not to tar everyone with the same brush, but they're not the friendliest types. Frank, honest and sometimes cruelly blunt to the point of anger-inducing rudeness, there is something endearing about their pride for the city. Only natural, I suppose, when you consider the turmoil that existed here for most of the 20th century.
Turmoil that one barely sees any trace of nowadays. Yes, of course parts of the wall still stand, and war memorials are everywhere, but the rejuvenation of the dilapidated Eastern parts of the city was startling. Have a look at today's Potsdamer Platz, which was a desolte no-man's land during the Cold War.

Anyway, I have rambled on for long enough. Berlin is a good spot. That's all.
Living in France
Just a very brief posting to put myself on the map.
I live in the South West of France in an area called Charente-Maritime(Dept 17). This area is known for growing grapes to turn into *Cognac and *Pineau.
This is a recent photo of the dormant vines which will be pruned very shortly. It's difficult to believe that these will bear fruit later this year. I'll try and remember to take more pictures of the same spot throughout year so that you can see the changes.
* Perhaps I will write about the production process at a later time.
Welcome to the BCUK Bloggers Abroad group!
Welcome, weary wanderers, come in and take a seat.
This is the place for all you BCUK bloggers resident outside of the fair islands to relax, reminisce and chat about your life abroad.
What do you miss about home, if anything? Why did you leave and why did you choose your current place of residence? Are you going to go back to Britain/Ireland?
We would also love to hear your amusing stories of language problems and cultural differences, as well as the unique friendships that can spring up as a result of these.
