Hi there - lucky you living in Rome! I'm jealous.

It's tough being away from home at first. Now though, I feel like I'm away from home when I'm not here in Berlin. :)

Whats Berlin like?

It is weird away from everything you know especially when you don't know the langugage. But it's starting to feel like home slowly. :)

It's really great. Was a shock at first to live in a huge city (I'm a country boy at heart ;) ) but got used to it.

Still, you'll pick up Italian pretty quickly, it's such a wonderful language. Then so many doors will open for you. :)

What made you move to Berlin?

Yes im having lessons for italian i have been having a private tutor (a friend of a friend) but in 2 weeks i start group course which im really looking fowards to and its a chance to make some friends here! Im on an expat website as well and alot of people on there are homesick or moan about how they never feel at home here in Italy!

Hmm, I suppose it was maily desire to get out of Ireland...

Class a great way to make new friends, everyone's in the same boat.

Wow, when I lived in Italy I felt so at home there! I expect I'll be back on the peninsula sometime in the future.

:)
